All of our products are delivered by Royal Mail or Hermes in protective, weather-proof, flexible packaging. Please allow up to four working days for delivery.

Our highly experienced staff will prepare your order with care and check the condition of your purchases thoroughly before dispatch. In the unlikely event you should receive a flawed or faulty item please contact us via email and we will be happy to arrange for the item to be returned to us. Once the item is confirmed to be faulty we will arrange to replace or refund the product.

Refunds will not be given on cut to length products unless found to be faulty. Refunds on other items can be arranged by contacting us via email within 14 days of receiving the item, providing the item and its packaging are intact and suitable for resale. Post and packaging costs will not be refunded unless the item is found to be faulty by Wrights of Whittlesey.

We are happy to deliver outside of the UK (excluding the USA, unfortunately), but due to postage variation for overseas orders we are only able to process these orders via email. Please email us the details of the products you wish to order, and the address you would like them posting to, and we will send you a quote for postage.

Click & Collect

For local customers we also offer a click and collect service. When placing an order online, simply select collect from Whittlesey store from the shipping dropdown. We will email you when your order is ready for collection. Our opening times can be found here for when you are ready to collect your order.

What happens if the product I've ordered is out of stock?

Should we be unable to fill your order (For instance, if a product flies off the shelves in the shop before the website updates!!) we will email you with options. If we are able to re-order the product, you will be given a date by which we anticipate being able to send you the delayed item or the opportunity to cancel the purchase.
